Job Description

You will provide crisis intervention and support to people who are experiencing a psychiatric and or psychosocial crisis but do not require a hospital admission.

Job Responsibility

  • Support individuals in crisis to develop their own safety plan and coping strategies
  • identify and respond to individuals who become a risk to themselves or others by working closely with Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Service
  • liaise with the Service Manager when taking new referrals and be part of full risk handover
  • complete admissions and discharge paperwork including recovery plans
  • create and facilitate one to one's and group sessions for guests
