One of our top clients in Boulder, a reputable law firm that works with Fortune 500 corporations, is seeking an Intellectual Property Specialist to support their patent practice.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in intellectual property law
  • Proficiency in e-filing and court filing procedures
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes and intellectual property cases
  • Exceptional calendar management skills to handle complex schedules
  • Familiarity with intellectual property litigation, including patents and trademarks
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and legal teams
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • 3 plus years of patent/trademark prosecution/litigation experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
