Integrity Science Engineers have the opportunity to work on many of the most challenging, complicated, and high-visibility problems the company faces. From child safety, to scams and account takeover. The work we do impacts billions of people who use Meta products. Our focus on technical investigations, data analysis, machine learning and adversarial thinking as well as our end-to-end understanding of detection and remediation systems allows us to collaborate seamlessly with software engineering, data science, and operations to build processes, tools and capabilities necessary to enforce Facebook community standards at scale. Successful candidates are curious, have bias towards action, are good at finding patterns amid chaos, and enjoy building and leveraging full understanding of phenomena they’re dealing with. The perfect candidate will have a background in a quantitative or technical field, will have an extensive experience dealing with online adversaries, will be familiar with operating using large data sets, complex products and detection systems, and will have in-depth experience in data-driven decision making.
