The Integrity Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing asset integrity programs to ensure the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of oil and gas facilities, pipelines, and related infrastructure. This role provides leadership in integrity management, inspection, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across all phases of asset life cycles.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and maintain asset integrity management programs for pipelines, facilities, and equipment
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and industry regulations (e.g., PHMSA, API, ASME)
Manage inspection, testing, and monitoring programs including corrosion control, pressure testing, and in-service inspections
Evaluate integrity data, identify risks, and develop mitigation and remediation plans
Lead root cause analysis and failure investigations
recommend corrective actions
Coordinate with engineering, operations, inspection, and maintenance teams to support safe operations
Manage third-party inspection contractors and service providers
Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal compliance reviews
Prepare and maintain integrity documentation, reports, and records
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to integrity and inspection personnel
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in asset integrity, inspection, or reliability within the oil & gas industry
Strong knowledge of pipeline and facility integrity management practices
Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards (API, ASME, NACE, PHMSA)
Experience with risk-based inspection (RBI) and integrity assessments
Proven leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field (preferred)
NACE / AMPP certification
AWS CWI or NWIS CPWI certification
PMP (Project Management Professional)
