The platform is an all-in-one system that handles everything from initial order entry to final invoicing. It optimises planning and has a built-in AI feature that automates lengthy manual tasks. Qargo is designed to help modern logistics operations run more efficiently, while increasing profitability and sustainability. We’re looking for an Integrations Onboarding Manager to join our team in London. Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all integration requests, ensuring their requirements are accurately captured
  • Work closely with Customer Onboarding Managers to ensure a seamless transition for customers
  • Assist in configuring integrations to streamline the onboarding process, and in fine tuning the documentation and procedures
  • Liaise with integration partners to facilitate the discovery process and gather documentation, and collaborate with the professional services team to prepare for implementation
  • Monitor the progress of integration projects, keeping track of deadlines, and follow up with customers and partners to ensure timelines are met
  • Maintain strong communication with the professional services team and the integrations team, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and coordinated throughout the integration process
  • Be involved in pre-sales discussions when integration requirements are covered, capturing input ahead of customer sign-ups

Requirements:

  • Around 4-5 years of work experience with a solid understanding of the transportation industry
  • Previous experience with integrations or project management
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with software integrations and API/EDI
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and handles multiple tasks with ease
  • Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Customer-focused, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Fluent in English
