Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Integration & Risk Mitigation: Bridge between operations and support functions, use ARM tool and TIP to identify financial and operational bottlenecks, ensure change management plans are executed
  • Operational SQCDP Performance: Hold accountability for the Business Management System, monitor trends in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP), drive rate-readiness planning
  • Financial & Resource Stewardship: Manage significant growth by exercising delegated budget authority over CAPEX, NRC (Non-Recurring Costs), NPO, and Indirect Payroll, ensure the business is resourced for the future by aligning recruitment and training with long-term Airbus profitability goals

Requirements

  • Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance OR subject to BPSS and Export Control checks (including a criminal record check)
  • Proficiency in risk-mitigation tools (such as ARM) and experience formulating Tactical Implementation Plans (TIP)
  • Experience managing CAPEX, NPO, and indirect payroll
  • Expert in Continuous Improvement and change management
  • Ability to detect and eliminate non-added-value activities to enhance SQCDP performance
