Job Description

The purpose of the Integration Executive is to assist with the integration of new and previously acquired businesses across the group to ensure all company acquisition projects are integrated smoothly into the AFH Group.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist the Senior Executives with Acquisition projects through Due Diligence stage to post completion integration
  • Update and maintain project plans and integration proposal documents
  • Liaise with Vendors (both via email and telephone/teams calls) to obtain relevant information and assist with keeping them informed of progress
  • Analyse, interpret and cleanse data sets from various sources
  • Prepare correspondence to clients and providers including letters, emails, and forms
  • Maintain and update systems accurately with various information
  • Support the delivery of requirement gathering, integration, implementation and training as required
  • Take a flexible approach to work, actively engaging in ad hoc responsibilities to support the wider delivery of each integrating acquisition
  • Any other reasonable request made by a Director/Manager of the organisation

Requirements

  • 2 -3 years’ experience of working within a projects, acquisitions or financial services environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and be comfortable working independently with minimal guidance
  • Proven ability to identify potential issues/anomalies and develop potential solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and a good relationship builder, who is able to support and challenge in a constructive and effective manner
  • A self-starter who is able to use their own initiative
  • Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically
  • Great organisational, project, and time management skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
