Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Integration Engineering Manager to drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise integration's and APIs across a large, complex digital landscape. You will lead a team of integration engineers, shaping integration strategy, frameworks, and standards while ensuring the seamless delivery of robust, scalable integration solutions. You'll oversee the integration platform (MuleSoft), manage key vendor relationships, and collaborate closely with architecture, DevOps and QA teams to deliver high‑quality, secure, and reusable integration assets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and mentor the integration engineering team, building capability and setting performance standards
  • Define and uphold integration and API engineering best practices, frameworks, and governance
  • Manage and optimise the MuleSoft integration platform
  • Oversee delivery of integration projects and initiatives using agile principles
  • Manage vendor performance and ensure alignment with cost, service, and contractual commitments
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support delivery of wider technology and business strategies
  • Support professional development and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in MuleSoft integration engineering at senior/lead level
  • 2+ years' experience line‑managing technical integration resources
  • Strong background in integration and API platform adoption and optimisation
  • Fantastic Stakeholder Management
  • Experience improving integration engineering processes and delivery practices

Nice to have:

  • Exp working in a large, Global organisation
