Rullion is supporting the HPC Delivery Integration Team in appointing a Civil Integration Engineer to help coordinate and de-risk infrastructure works across the site. This role sits within the Safety & Schedule Assurance / PMO function, supporting the planning and coordination of major civil and infrastructure works outside the main buildings - including access routes, utilities corridors, drainage, earthworks, enabling works and supporting structures. This is not a pure design role. It is a delivery-facing integration role focused on ensuring work is sequenced, resourced, and buildable before it hits site.
Job Responsibility:
Review and validate construction sequences for infrastructure and civil works
Interrogate Primavera P6 schedules to identify risks, clashes and constraints
Assess readiness to commence works (labour, materials, plant, logistics)
Support resolution of delivery "hotspots"
Provide oversight of Delivery Work Packs (DWP) and Interface Data Sheets (IDS)
Use 3D / 4D tools (Navisworks / Synchro) to visualise and validate sequencing
Manipulate schedule data using Excel and present insights clearly
Work collaboratively with Engineering, Planning, Project Management, Procurement, Delivery and Commissioning teams
Support transverse issues across multiple areas and systems
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
Around 5 years' experience on complex infrastructure or major projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and interfaces
Experience operating in regulated or high-safety environments
Knowledge of planning tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
Experience interrogating 3D models (Navisworks desirable)
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Confident communicator able to influence across disciplines
Nice to have:
Nuclear project experience
Experience under CDM regulations
IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
Experience on large infrastructure programmes (power, rail, highways, energy, major civils)
