Job Description

Lead the integration of cutting-edge communication systems for next-generation vehicles in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will be a key player in the development of next-generation vehicle communication systems. You'll work closely with a team of experienced engineers to design, implement, and test these systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the future of automotive technology.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the design and development of communication unit integration strategies
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system stability and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address integration challenges
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes

Requirements

  • Versatile system thinker with a track record of driving complex technical projects in cross-functional teams
  • B.Eng. / B.Sc. / M.Eng. / M.Sc. in computer science, electrical, automotive, mechanical engineering or equivalent education
  • Experience in embedded or automotive E/E integration/development or related technical field
  • Basic understanding for automotive infotainment systems, connectivity and backend infrastructure
  • Strong collaboration skills with excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication abilities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a strong global network with stakeholders across various regions
  • Experience using automotive diagnostic tools, such as DTS Monaco, ET Framework, Vector tools etc.
  • Pro-active mindset with strong technical problem-solving skills
  • High enthusiasm for automotive industry and tech industry in general
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Possession of the Japanese driver’s license or the possibility to obtain one

Nice to have

proficiency in Japanese and/or German is a plus
