  • Establish and maintain build roadmaps for assemblies you own
  • to ensure alignment between key stakeholders, drive hardware and tooling on-time deliveries, minimize build serialization, and escalate and eliminate blockers
  • Develop and release build CONOPS, work instructions, standard processes and procedures, and optimize existing processes to enable high quality, high speed execution
  • Support first article builds in a fast-paced, early-development environment
  • Own design, process, and CapEx trades to support build and unlock key capabilities, and contribute to development of long-term, scalable manufacturing systems and infrastructure
