Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Integration Designer / Development Lead specialising in TIBCO technologies to design and deliver high-quality integration solutions for Vodafone UK’s critical application landscape. This senior role involves end-to-end responsibility for requirement analysis, solution design, and development, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilisation across releases.

Job Responsibility

  • Represent the integration domain during requirement analysis and solution design stages for each release
  • Deliver optimised integration solutions ensuring end-to-end performance and resource efficiency
  • Develop designs and oversee implementation for complex integration projects
  • Critically review and optimise deliverables from development teams
  • Provide last-line support for production issues with significant business impact
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation or other improvements
  • Mentor team members and drive technical discussions with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience as a SOA/Integration software engineer with proven design and development expertise in TIBCO
  • At least 2 years of exposure to strategic end-to-end solution architecture design within the telecom domain
  • Expert knowledge of TIBCO products (EMS 7.x/8.x, BW 5.x/6.x, ActiveSpaces, APIX, Adapters/SDK)
  • Strong skills in Java programming, JMS, Oracle SQL, caching techniques, encryption standards, microservices, and security
  • Familiarity with CDM and TMF models
  • Ability to work under pressure, influence stakeholders, and operate in dynamic environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience in design thinking
  • Qualifications: B.E/M.E/M.Tech in Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer/IT, MSc in Electronics/IT/Computer Science, or MCA
