DentalMonitoring is a rapidly expanding MedTech scale-up. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team! Our SaaS monitors and optimizes orthodontic treatment for doctors and patients alike using our app and patient platform. DentalMonitoring brings the first AI-driven technology to the oral healthcare space. With more than 300 filed patents on our technology, we are leading an entire industry in how we approach the orthodontic experience. Our handy tool, the Scanbox Pro™, helps to facilitate the easy detection of intraoral conditions. Ultimately, we help patients achieve a better smile.

Job Responsibility:

  • Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office
  • Train new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions
  • Nurture existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard
  • Build strong relationships with customers so they continue to use, endorse, and advocate for the DentalMonitoring brand and products
  • Act as a technical bridge between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform
  • Support and attend local trade shows
  • Collaborate and communicate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives to ensure the best onboarding experience
  • Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while addressing any hesitations about adopting disruptive technology
  • Travel up to 35% overnight travel to train and support in-person office implementations (New York, Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, and New Jersey)
  • Serve as the regional lead for escalated implementation challenges with offices
  • Share best practices with fellow colleagues
  • Provide market surveillance insights to management and marketing teams

Requirements:

  • Proven success with 5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience
