Job Description:

As the Integration Analyst, you will be supporting the expansion of our partner network & enabling the sales growth targets of the company. You will be responsible for successfully certifying new integrations, and supporting our partners during their development & testing phases. You will also be responsible for the documentation and training on new integrations allowing for seamless onboarding and support of hotels on the new integrations. This is an integral role for the Product, Deployment, Support and Engineering teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute comprehensive end-to-end integration certification, including technical partner discovery, and extensive testing, in close collaboration with partners
  • Conduct root cause analysis of complex integration-related escalations, recommend effective solutions, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Provide API integration and testing support, both internally and externally
  • Lead integration enhancement initiatives and ensure clear, timely communication of project timelines with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Create and maintain accurate integration documentation for any new integration or enhancement
  • Assist necessary teams with Pilot/Beta process
  • act as the liaison between Client/Support and Partner
  • Work with Integration Product team on any API related issues
  • Maintain transparency with Integration Product team on development/certification process/status

Requirements:

  • Experience with SOAP API, and HTNG messages, async/sync data flows, including the ability to read XML API documentation
  • Experience troubleshooting API/Web Service integration issues, and API testing tools like Postman or SOAPUI
  • Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration and data related issues
  • Experience working with cross functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Support
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in reviewing/updating API specifications, configuration settings, and technical documentation
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally
  • Proven track record of managing tasks independently, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours in order to best accommodate the timezone of our partner network

Nice to have:

Preferred background in IT, analytics and/or hospitality, particularly Property Management Systems (PMS/CRS)
