Introducing Nestlé Purina’s new Williamsburg Township, Ohio, factory – just 30 miles east of Cincinnati. This world-class factory will be built from the ground up to produce a wide variety of some of the most trusted and beloved pet care brands in the U.S. Our passionate team in Williamsburg Township will work in an environment that values safety, the latest technology in manufacturing and a culture of learning. Help us write the next chapter of Purina’s history. As an Integrated Work Group Lead, you’ll help promote and execute the Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) program and Total Performance Management (TPM) methodology. Work cross-functionally across our factory teams to optimize productivity and prioritize safety through the implementation of training and coordination of continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you’ll lead by example and provide support and coaching throughout our manufacturing process. Analyze processes and data, identify opportunities for improvement, and share your recommendations to make an impact on our operations. This position will require travel up to 25% for training purposes to other Nestle Purina operating facilities, until the Williamsburg Township facility reaches operation and/or you are fully qualified in your role. Travel will significantly reduce once the Williamsburg Township facility is operational.

  • Understand top losses and areas for growth (safety, quality, performance, and people)
  • Support and lead Continuous Improvement Group team meetings regularly, providing supporting data to understand losses and corrective actions to take

Requirements:
