Job Description:

The Integrated Wealth Manager (IWM) wears multiple hats and switches between many processes. First, the IWM actively participates in financial planning and client service work required to build, maintain, and execute planning items for clients. They also participate in building better business practices in a small-company environment, and advance personal knowledge in financial planning through education and hands-on experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect, enter, and analyze client data in eMoney to support financial plan development and ongoing updates
  • Execute client service tasks, including preparing and processing paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring all materials and planning items are prepared in advance
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings, summarizing action items and driving next steps to completion
  • Communicate and collaborate with external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, insurance specialists, etc.) on behalf of clients to keep planning aligned, coordinated, and consistent with firm expectations
  • Pursue ongoing education in financial planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field preferred
  • Series 65 licensure preferred
  • Knowledge of the RIA space
  • Desire to pursue CFP and/or other financial planning qualifications
