Job Description

The Integrated Studio and Creative Production Manager leads the creation of high-impact video and digital content that tells our organization’s story with clarity and creativity. This role is responsible for producing compelling narratives for live and pre-taped events, branded content, and executive leadership communications—including CEO video messages and thought leadership pieces. The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller with deep expertise in video production and digital content strategy, capable of delivering content that resonates across internal and external audiences globally.

Job Responsibility

  • Own Video and Digital Content Strategy: Develop and execute a global content strategy focused on video and digital storytelling
  • Produce high-quality video content for live events, pre-recorded segments, and digital campaigns
  • Deliver Executive-Level Storytelling: Oversee production of CEO and executive leadership videos, ensuring messaging aligns with corporate priorities and brand tone
  • Craft narratives that inspire confidence, engage stakeholders, and reinforce the company’s vision
  • Support Branded Content Creation: Support development of branded content for internal and external audiences across owned and paid channels
  • Ensure creative excellence and consistency in tone, style, and brand identity
  • Support development needs for corporate digital platforms including intranet, website and social channels
  • Manage Production Operations: Own end-to-end studio operations including all aspects of production: filming, editing, and post-production
  • Establish workflows, timelines, and quality standards for efficient delivery across global teams and supporting agencies
  • Partner Across Functions and Regions: Collaborate with global marketing, communications, and agency partners to deliver integrated content solutions
  • Optimize content for multiple platforms, including social, digital, and experiential channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Marketing, Communications or related or equivalent experience
  • Eight or more years of experience in video production and digital content leadership roles
  • Corporate level storytelling with particular focus in executive level narratives
  • Proven ability to produce compelling stories and manage large-scale productions
  • Expertise in video production technologies, digital platforms, and content optimization
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with experience managing creative teams
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Troy, MI
  • Must be legally able to work in the United States without requirement of any type of visa sponsorship or transfer now, or at any time in the future
