Vodafone’s Enterprise Integrated Solutions team is a fast-growing unit established approximately two years ago, supporting the expansion of complex enterprise solutions across the Egyptian market. The team delivers a diverse portfolio ranging from small-scale projects to large, multi-stream programs. The Project Manager will play a key role in driving delivery excellence, managing end-to-end project execution, and contributing to the build-up of a solid project delivery framework, governance, and momentum as the business continues to scale. This role requires strong stakeholder management, adaptability across solution domains, and hands-on project leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end project and program delivery, from initiation through closure
Manage a varied portfolio of projects (small, medium, and large programs) with differing complexity and risk profiles
Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
Drive project governance, reporting, and escalation in line with Vodafone standards
Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, commercial, and external vendors
Support the development and maturity of project delivery structures, processes, and best practices within the Integrated Solutions team
Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring alignment on scope, milestones, and expectations
Manage dependencies, change requests, and delivery risks proactively
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
Support senior management with accurate project reporting and insights
Requirements:
8 years of proven experience in Project Management
Strong experience delivering technology and enterprise solutions projects
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and/or programs simultaneously
Experience working with cross-functional and vendor-based delivery models
Solid understanding of project governance, financial tracking, and risk management
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
High level of ownership, accountability, and decision-making capability
Ability to operate in a dynamic, growing environment with evolving structures
Customer-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
Comfortable working across both strategic and hands-on delivery activities
