Job Description:

The Integrated Services accountant role is an ideal position for a candidate new to public accounting, or a candidate with prior experience, who would like to explore some of the various avenues the public accounting profession has to offer. The accountant in this role will gain exposure to various tax, accounting & assurance services, as well as certain aspects of client management., which will provide an opportunity to develop a foundation of skills necessary to become a well-rounded professional in the accounting industry.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and in performing review and compilation engagements for clients in various industries
Prepare personal and business income tax returns
Perform general ledger account analysis and reconciliations
May be given senior-level responsibilities of planning, scheduling, and reviewing certain tax returns and engagements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or Master’s degree in accounting
Entry-level to 7 years of accounting experience (internship experience is accepted)
CPA certification (either completed or in the process)
Team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
Strong technical abilities
Willingness to try new complex assignments
Financial statement work
