Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate supply chain activity by allocating and managing fleet resources to meet operational needs, while improving logistics flow, stock movements, and overall efficiency
  • Develop and manage schedules for mining logistics operations, including the allocation of drivers and operators to support project and operational requirements
  • Optimise routing and delivery plans to ensure timely execution, while adapting quickly to changing priorities and operational demands
  • Monitor operational performance across logistics tasks, equipment utilisation, and schedule delivery, taking a proactive approach to resolving issues and minimising disruptions
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to support analysis, performance tracking, and continuous improvement across supply chain operations
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across supply chain, operations, engineering, and construction to ensure all activities are aligned with broader project objectives
  • Lead by example in upholding and promoting our company values in everything you do

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a scheduling role within mining, supply chain, or shipping operations
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex operational environment
  • Experience coordinating logistics, transport, or resource schedules with a focus on efficiency and performance
  • Advanced skills in scheduling and logistics systems, along with strong data analysis and reporting capability
  • A solid understanding of mining logistics, material movements, and transport operations
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
