Our client, an advertising agency in New York, is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Freelance Project Manager to support integrated marketing and creative projects across multiple channels. This role will manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized and experienced in managing a variety of deliverables, including print, digital, social, and event-related assets.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end project delivery from intake and scoping through execution and final delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, design, production, and marketing stakeholders
Oversee projects across multiple channels, including print, digital, social media, and event marketing assets
Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule
Manage incoming requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and stakeholders
Ensure projects remain aligned with brand standards and business goals
Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions
Requirements:
5+ years of project management experience, preferably within a creative, marketing, or agency environment
Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Strong organizational and multi-project management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and adapt in a fast-moving environment
Experience working with creative and production teams
