Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Mid-Level Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist to support the Fabrication Integration IP&S team in Berkeley, Missouri reporting to the Tooling & Fabrication IP&S Manager. The candidate must have demonstrated analytical capability and excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with multiple cross-functional peers and managers. Flexibility, initiative, detail orientation, and willingness to learn new areas are essential requirements to successfully perform in this dynamic and exciting environment.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare, integrate, analyze, and maintain comprehensive plans and schedules for proposals, projects, and major initiatives
Conduct studies and analyses across programs and business units to assess impacts, constraints, and strategies
Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support program requirements
Collaborate with various programs and functions, including Centers of Excellence (CoEs) at other BDS sites across the US
Identify, analyze, and report on schedule performance variances
conduct risk and opportunity analyses
Work with internal customers to create performance recovery plans
Analyze program scenarios to assess the impact of proposed schedule changes on Supply Chain and Fabrication
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
1+ years’ experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
1+ years’ experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.
1+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Office Applications
Must meet export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15)
Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense
Nice to have:
Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Knowledge of MRP demand planning systems
