In this role, you will help create inspiring and seamless ways for customers to engage with IKEA. Your work will be central to delivering a meaningful multichannel experience that sparks a love for home furnishing and drives sustainable growth. By bringing our media strategy to life, you’ll ensure that every investment reaches the right people with the right message, maximizing impact and marketing ROI. You will play a key part in shaping how IKEA connects with customers, turning insights into actions and ideas into experiences that make a real difference.

Job Responsibility:

  • Shape and execute the multichannel integrated media strategy to boost efficiency and maximize marketing ROI
  • Identify the most effective media solutions and audiences to make smart investments
  • Contribute to the Marketing team’s goals by implementing, optimizing, and following up on the Integrated Media plan across all online and offline channels
  • Support media performance analysis, including cost efficiency and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment, focus, and maximum impact
  • Champion IKEA values and help drive the transformation of the brand, ensuring communication initiatives are executed effectively

Requirements:

  • Passionate about connecting with people through media
  • Strong background in Marketing or Media with 5+ years of experience
  • 3+ years in complex media activities across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Experience in ecommerce and/or retail, particularly home furnishing is a plus
  • Media expert with deep knowledge of Paid Media
  • Talent for integrating all media channels to tell a compelling story
  • Understands the media landscape, marketing technology, and how customers interact with IKEA across all platforms
  • Strong knowledge of digital technologies and performance marketing
  • Driven by IKEA values, customer-first thinking, and a desire to help the business grow by understanding people and home furnishing trends
  • Proactive, able to work independently, and a collaborative team player
