Job Responsibility:
Ensures creative storytelling and media strategy work hand-in-hand to maximise reach, resonance, efficiency, and effectiveness, creating seamless brand experiences that maintain consistency and quality across all touchpoints
Developing locally relevant campaign roadmaps that connect global brand priorities with regional market opportunities and guide customers from awareness through to conversion and loyalty
Uses customer data, behaviours, and preferences to inform both content creation and media investment decisions to improve marketing effectiveness
Governs marketing budgets across channels to balance brand-building with performance-driving activities, and establishes robust measurement frameworks and KPIs to demonstrate business value
Identifies business opportunities and target segments across the omni-channel landscape, executes marketing strategies based on consumer insights to grow market share, attract new customers, build strong brand presence, and constantly grow customer loyalty
Builds strong partnerships across creative, content, media, and commercial teams internally and with external agency partners, elevating standards, consistency, and impact through knowledge sharing
Leads a team of content and channel specialists who effectively and efficiently implement the marketing strategy
Requirements:
A university degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management with 10 years of related experience in integrated marketing, media planning, or marketing communications
Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns with deep understanding of media planning, buying, and optimisation across traditional and digital platforms to achieve both brand-building and performance objectives
Strong analytical capabilities with experience using customer data, audience insights, and campaign analytics to inform strategy
Demonstrated ability to bridge creative storytelling with strategic media deployment, ensuring content resonates across multiple touchpoints and creates cohesive customer experiences
Strong business sense with the ability to identify growth opportunities, understand market dynamics, balance brand and performance activities, and align marketing strategies with commercial objectives to drive measurable business results and market share growth
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams (creative, commercial, digital) and manage external agency partnerships
