Job Description:

Integrated Media Leader role at IKEA Netherlands responsible for shaping and executing smart media strategies across TV, radio, social media, influencers, Out of Home, search, and branded content to make the IKEA brand relevant and impactful across all channels.

Job Responsibility:

Shape and execute integrated media plans across paid, earned, and owned channels
Optimize media budgets and performance including cost transparency and ROI analysis
Collaborate with local media agencies to provide input for locally relevant content
Support performance analysis and media audits to optimize ROI
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts and maximize impact
Champion IKEA values and foster a culture of openness and collaboration

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years in marketing
Experience in managing paid media budgets of €5M+
Strong project and stakeholder management
Broad media industry knowledge (rates, terms, innovations)
Experience integrating Paid, Owned & Earned media
Understanding of marketing tech, omnichannel retail, and online behavior
Fluent in Dutch and English
