We are hiring an Integrated Marketing Coordinator to join a top entertainment company in Burbank, CA
Job Responsibility:
Support the execution of integrated marketing and synergy initiatives across multiple titles and platforms
Partner with the Manager to ensure budgets, trackers, and reporting documents are accurate and kept up to date
Synthesize data into clear, visually compelling presentations and documents using strong design skills
Maintain and update marketing briefs, plans, production charts, and delivery schedules on a weekly basis to ensure visibility of timelines and deadlines
Collaborate with Integrated Marketing and Synergy leads to execute promotional plans
Source, organize, and distribute weekly updated asset packages to internal teams and external partners
Maintain organized network folders housing all creative assets and materials
Manage inventory deliveries across all synergy partners
Request and track all standard and custom assets (theatrical, in-home, streaming) required to support promotional efforts
Manage creative requests with internal creative teams and oversee routing for legal, music legal, and cross-functional approvals to ensure timely feedback and revisions
Proactively communicate updates related to new campaign content or special tags so promotional materials can be adjusted accordingly
Attend meetings, capture detailed notes, and update project statuses based on discussions and decisions
Manage meeting invites, schedules, and conference room bookings
Contribute creative ideas, support team collaboration, and execute plans efficiently
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in similar ideal position
Excellent computer proficiency across Mac and Windows platforms, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe tools
Strong attention to detail with proven proofreading skills and the ability to catch inconsistencies and errors
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, adapt quickly, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure environments
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting effectively with senior leadership and external partners
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify, manage, and support new initiatives as needed
Understanding of social media platforms and familiarity with current digital and marketing trends
Strong design sensibility, particularly in presentation development (Keynote and decks), with an eye for what looks polished and effective
High level of accuracy when updating documentation and working in Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
