Integrated Housing and Care Co-Ordinator (Fixed Term Contract for 1 year - Full Time 38hrs) - Homeless Services - Norwich, Norfolk. The main purpose of the job is to deliver the care and support needs of people we support in our Netherwood Green Project. For people who have faced multiple disadvantages, have multiple support needs and who face barriers to existing general needs accommodation and have been sleeping rough.

  • Someone with the passion and drive to support anyone finding themselves in this situation
