Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our IDAR Academy, a premier training initiative designed to cultivate and inspire future leaders in pharmaceutical research and development. As part of our team, you’ll contribute to the advancement of medicines in development at Johnson & Johnson.

Job Responsibility

  • Play an active role in continuously shaping how EASE connects, informs, and engages its global community
  • Contribute to supporting the creation and coordination of clear, consistent, and timely communications across EASE
  • Help build and sustain core communication channels such as newsletters, Teams sites, portals, and curated content repositories
  • Support stakeholder engagement, assembling content from across departments, and helping implement communication governance and feedback mechanisms
  • Help establish a unified EASE voice and improve transparency and collaboration

Requirements

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Belgium and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now, or in the future
  • Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of the intern assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or MBA
  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at accredited University is required
  • Availability of working 40 hours per week
