Job Description:

The Integrated Communications Manager role provides a unique opportunity to work across one of the fastest growing spirits portfolios in the US, housing some of the world’s most awarded and preeminent brands. As an internal specialist, the objective of this role will be to develop, manage, implement, and support influencer and creator marketing campaigns across all digital platforms for all brands to optimize engagement, new user acquisition, brand growth and to build strong relationships and super fans across our portfolio of brands.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, manage, implement, and support influencer and creator marketing campaigns across all digital platforms for all brands
  • Support management of day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns including outreach, gifting, briefing, tracking, and reporting
  • Own and nurture relationships across all tiers of talent, from emerging creators to established names
  • Oversee a mix of paid and organic partnerships that align with product launches, brand storytelling, and cultural moments
  • Help concept, plan, and execute advocacy events and IRL experiences that bring the brand to life and support earned media strategy across the core portfolio of brands
  • Collaborate closely with media and consumer engagement teams to integrate influencer content into paid strategies and align on performance targets
  • Test new affiliate programs and opportunities with a consistently strategic mindset

  • Highly organized
