Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Client Services team. This is an opportunity to lead integrated marketing programs for exciting clients within the tourism space, leading cross functional teams to deliver results, inspire innovation and steward lasting client relationships. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, working onsite Mondays/Wednesdays.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as primary client lead for media and brand/creative programs
  • Lead campaign planning and execution
  • Own internal and client meetings
  • Translate client objectives into marketing plans
  • Drive account performance monitoring
  • Steer creative brief development
  • Mentor team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Perform final QA of client deliverables

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading integrated account management at a marketing agency
  • Experience developing creative briefs, campaign planning documents, and integrated marketing strategies
  • Financial fluency with agency revenue models, SOWs, forecasting, and account growth
