Integral Material Planning Manager

• Material availability to secure system output and service events at our customers
• Balanced inventory levels to reduce the risk of excess & obsolescence (E&O)
• Deployment of planning signals by implementing and improving planning policies, methodologies and parameters
• Successful implementation of improvements
• Leading a team of material planners for both make modules and buy parts
• Acting as a role model by living the ASML values, actively inviting feedback and taking care of wellbeing
• Coaching your team in their personal development goals and enabling them to perform
• Building a diverse and inclusive team, creating a setting that allows to contribute to the business priorities by translating ASML’s strategy into a clear vision and (cascading of) goals for your team and team members
• Owning your content, developing a deep understanding of the ASML supply chain and end-to-end processes and building meaningful relationship with a range of stakeholders (eg demand planning departments, supplier facing departments, product lifecycle management, production planning)
• Managing material availability in the weekly, monthly, and quarterly plan cycle processes, ensuring business and financial constraints are taken into account
• Additional coordinating tasks for the benefit of the whole department. For example, coordination of recruitment, training & onboarding, or creation of critical path overview for the plan
• Reporting out on team and department performance and initiating and supporting improvement initiatives

• Relevant Master or advanced degree (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration)
• Good understanding of and experience with supply chain management processes, with focus on material/ supply planning
• Experience in leading and building diverse teams (>5 people)
• Experience in setting-up and leading projects successfully
• Experience with S&OP
• Generic understanding of different SAP solutions and productivity tools (eg Spotfire, PowerBI)
• Affinity with technical content and/or background in a technical industry is a plus
