Intake/Sales Department Manager to $110K! Our client, a growing law firm, is seeking an Intake/Sales Department Manager to elevate their intake function and drive stronger client conversions. In this leadership role, you’ll manage a blended intake and sales team, refine processes, and ensure prospective clients receive a professional, empathetic experience from first contact through signed engagement. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years leading a law firm intake or sales team with a direct, solutions-oriented management style. Job Responsibility:

  • leading and coaching a team of intake and sales professionals
  • setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular training and call reviews
  • optimizing lead response, consultation booking, and conversion rates
  • improving workflows, scripts, and follow-up practices
  • strengthening CRM usage and data accuracy
  • analyzing KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • collaborating with marketing and legal teams to ensure alignment on case quality and messaging

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing a law firm intake or sales team
  • strong communication and coaching skills with comfort giving direct, constructive feedback
  • proven ability to drive KPI outcomes and maintain accountability
  • high organizational discipline with a process-focused mindset
  • experience working with CRM or pipeline tools
  • ability to work autonomously while identifying problems and presenting solutions
