Intake/Sales Department Manager to $110K! Our client, a growing law firm, is seeking an Intake/Sales Department Manager to elevate their intake function and drive stronger client conversions. Job Responsibility

  • leading and coaching a team of intake and sales professionals
  • setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular training and call reviews

  • strengthening CRM usage and data accuracy
  • analyzing KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a law firm intake or sales team
