Job Responsibility:
leading and coaching a team of intake and sales professionals
setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular training and call reviews
optimizing lead response, consultation booking, and conversion rates
improving workflows, scripts, and follow-up practices
strengthening CRM usage and data accuracy
analyzing KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
collaborating with marketing and legal teams to ensure alignment on case quality and messaging
Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing a law firm intake or sales team
strong communication and coaching skills with comfort giving direct, constructive feedback
proven ability to drive KPI outcomes and maintain accountability
high organizational discipline with a process-focused mindset
experience working with CRM or pipeline tools
