Are you target driven, commercially minded and passionate about making a real difference? We’re looking for a motivated Intake Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fast paced, results focused role where your performance directly impacts your earnings. With uncapped commission, your earning potential is entirely in your hands. On average, our team earns an additional £5,000–£15,000 per year, but there is no cap, the more care hours you generate, the more you earn.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing and responding to all incoming referrals
  • Tracking enquiries and improving conversion rates
  • Developing person centred, outcome focused care packages
  • Matching carers skill sets to service user needs
  • Building relationships with Social Workers, District Nurses, and private clients
  • Attending commissioner meetings and networking events
  • Making outbound sales and relationship building calls
  • Working closely with Marketing and Recruitment to drive growth
  • Scheduling new packages of care before handover to the coordination team
  • Reviewing referrals to ensure clinical needs can be safely met
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting coordinators with unfilled calls where required
