Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven insurance professional to join our organisation as an Insurance Support & Placement Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong insurance industry experience to develop within Loomis UK – one of the market leaders in our sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Head of Insurance to manage and coordinate global insurance programmes
  • Prepare and organise information for strategy meetings and renewals
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation
  • Help integrate newly acquired companies into existing insurance arrangements
  • Support budget preparation and premium calculations
  • Manage currency updates
  • Assist with reviewing and verifying insurance invoices
  • Improve data quality and streamline processes
  • Support claims analysis
  • Help identify coverage gaps
  • Contribute to internal and external audit requirements
  • Provide colleagues with guidance on the global insurance framework

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in the insurance industry
  • Ideally from a broker or broker support background
  • Exposure to multinational insurance programmes or personal services environments
  • Must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
  • Must have verifiable 5-year employment/unemployment/educational history
