Job Description

You will join our team as an Insurance Specialist and will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects, making a tangible impact on our shared results. Within the Finance Department, reporting to the Head of Insurance, you will be responsible for the listed activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze and optimize the Group’s insurance coverage, ensuring alignment with risks, business strategies, and market trends, and proposing improvements or enhancements
  • Manage and coordinate international insurance programs
  • Assess insurance requirements in tenders and contracts
  • Manage operational relationships with brokers and insurance companies
  • Support internal functions (business, legal, commercial) in defining and interpreting insurance clauses
  • Arrange and manage ad hoc insurance coverage or extensions based on specific needs (e.g. events, new locations)
  • Contribute to the annual renewal process of the Group’s insurance program (liability, property, transport, employee benefits), including data collection and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Prepare budgets and monitor forecasted insurance costs
  • Oversee administrative and accounting activities related to policies (premiums, deadlines, renewals, allocations, and intercompany recharges), ensuring proper documentation filing
  • Monitor and manage claims end-to-end, coordinating with brokers, loss adjusters, insurers, and legal advisors
  • Support the definition and periodic update of internal insurance procedures
  • Participate in loss prevention activities and site surveys with insurers and brokers, following up on recommendations

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Law, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in the insurance field (corporate environments, insurance companies, or brokers), preferably in sectors related to IT
  • Good knowledge of public and private contracts and insurance regulations
  • Knowledge of main insurance lines (liability, property, employee benefits)
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, planning, and deadline management skills, with high attention to detail and reliability
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
