Job Description

A specialist international insurance provider is seeking a Schemes Manager to oversee their Education and Not-for-Profit (NFP) insurance schemes. This role is full-time, with hybrid working and ideally onsite 2-3 days per week. In this role, you will manage and develop relationships with scheme insurers and partners, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and commercially viable propositions. You will monitor operational performance, drive process improvements, and support the delivery of new products and capacity. You’ll also oversee contracts, review insurer agreements, and provide insights to enhance scheme performance and customer outcomes.
