Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join a new and ambitious insurance agency representing one of the Caribbean’s largest health and life insurance providers. If you are driven, professional, and ready to grow with a dynamic agency, we would like to hear from you. The successful candidate will market and service: Group Health Insurance, Individual Health Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Individual Life Insurance.

Job Responsibility

  • Prospect, develop, and maintain a portfolio of individual and corporate clients
  • Conduct needs assessments and present appropriate insurance solutions to prospective clients
  • Prepare and submit insurance applications, policy documents, and renewal correspondence accurately and on time
  • Provide ongoing client service and support, including claims guidance and policy reviews
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets established by the agency
  • Represent the agency professionally at networking events, community engagements, and client meetings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in insurance sales
  • Valid Barbados driver’s licence
  • Required licences and/or certification to sell health and life insurance products in Barbados
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional appearance and mature attitude
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
