Job Description:

This role involves consultative sales with warm leads from customers interested in private health insurance, providing full training and offering a supportive workplace culture with great bonuses and benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Calling customers who have requested a quote or renewal-no cold calls
building rapport and understanding each customer's lifestyle and insurance needs
recommending suitable policies and clearly explaining cover levels, pricing, and exclusions
accurately inputting customer information into the system while maintaining a great conversation
working towards achievable monthly targets in a supportive, team-based environment

Requirements:

Experience in a phone-based customer service or sales role
a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
confidence working in a target-driven environment
strong communication skills and attention to detail
