We’re proud to be partnering with a leading insurance business in Tunbridge Wells to find a driven and customer-focused individual to join their expanding team. This is a consultative sales role with no cold calling, just warm leads from customers who have already expressed interest in private health insurance. You’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing team in a business that genuinely values its people. The role includes delivering exceptional customer experiences, consulting on tailored insurance needs, and meeting achievable sales targets.

Job Responsibility

  • Calling customers who have requested a quote or renewal
  • building rapport and understanding each customer's lifestyle and insurance needs
  • recommending suitable policies and clearly explaining cover levels, pricing, and exclusions
  • accurately inputting customer information into the system while maintaining a great conversation
