Job Description

As the Insurance Risk Associate, you support the operation of Voi’s global insurance programs by maintaining accurate data, coordinating with insurers and brokers, and supporting claims and compliance processes. You help ensure reliable reporting, strong governance, and clear operational insights for the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the day-to-day administration of global insurance programs across multiple insurance lines
  • Maintain accurate insurance documentation, compliance records, and defined insurance processes
  • Coordinate with insurers, brokers, and external partners to support renewals, audits, regulatory submissions, and continuous coverage
  • Maintain claims logs and support claims processing, escalations, and follow-ups across all insurance lines
  • Track actions and deadlines, and validate claims-related invoices, deductibles, and settlement records
  • Support claims trend analysis and prepare structured inputs for reporting and decision-making
  • Maintain insurance data repositories and internal tracking systems, ensuring accurate and audit-ready information
  • Produce recurring reports on claims trends, open cases, and key performance indicators
  • Support dashboards, data visualisations, and improvements to data quality, reporting structures, and workflows
  • Prepare insurance documentation for tenders, contracts, and regulatory requirements, including certificates
  • Assist with policy wording reviews and flag potential issues to senior insurance stakeholders
  • Act as an operational point of contact for internal teams requiring insurance support
  • Prepare meeting materials, summaries, and reports, and maintain SOPs and internal process documentation

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in an insurance context (claims, underwriting, broking, or insurance operations)
  • Good knowledge of insurance lines, claims processes, policy documentation, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate, structured data and records
  • Analytical and reporting skills, including tracking claims, analysing trends, and validating financial data
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new systems and insurance concepts
  • Experience supporting workflow improvements, knowledge management, or data quality initiatives
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Fluent English required

Nice to have

  • Experience with BI or data tools (e.g. Metabase, Snowflake, Steep, Tableau) is a plus
  • Experience working with insurers, brokers, or third-party claims handlers is advantageous
  • Swedish is highly desirable
