Job Responsibility:
Accurately scheduling patients for prescribed referrals
Assisting patients in navigating through referrals and insurance authorizations
Answering patient inquiries appropriately, whether in person or via telephone
Delivering high-quality customer service to patients
Utilizing various software such as Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, CRM, Dentrix Dental Software, and Eaglesoft to manage tasks
Handling authorizations and benefit functions
Administering claims and overseeing billing functions
Receiving and responding to inbound calls
Ensuring tasks and competencies specific to the location/department are fulfilled
Requirements:
Proficiency in using Allscripts software
Experience with Cerner Technologies
Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Familiarity with Dentrix Dental Software
Knowledge of Eaglesoft software
Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
Experience with Authorizations in an insurance setting
Understanding of Benefit Functions within an insurance framework
Knowledge of Billing Functions pertinent to insurance
Experience in Claim Administration within an insurance context
