Job Responsibility:
Guide clients through the process of selecting and purchasing auto, life, and home insurance policies that best suit their needs
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent service and long-term satisfaction
Utilize bilingual communication skills to effectively assist a diverse clientele
Schedule and manage appointments with potential and existing clients
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and insurance sales
Provide detailed explanations of policy options and benefits
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall performance
Assist clients with referrals and navigate them through necessary insurance processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Stay updated on insurance products and market trends to offer informed recommendations
Requirements:
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients
440 License or 220 License
Ability to explain complex insurance policies in a clear and concise manner
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving sales targets
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance
