Job Responsibility

  • Put together a comprehensive, water-tight insurance claim package from the ground up
  • Accurately price up all reinstatement, remedial, and strip-out works associated with severe flood damage
  • Assess variations, mitigate risks, and ensure all claimable items are thoroughly documented and accounted for

Requirements

  • Qualified Quantity Surveyor with a dedicated focus on insurance reinstatement and loss adjusting
  • Direct experience working on behalf of or closely with major insurance companies to settle large-scale property claims
  • Prior experience scoping and pricing flood damage is highly desirable
  • Based in or easily commutable to Central London
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK
