Are you a detail-oriented P&C insurance professional looking to join a leading Canadian insurer during a landmark acquisition? We are currently recruiting for one of our top clients in the insurance field as they are scaling their Policy Conversion team to support a critical migration initiative. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the modernization of our client's insurance platforms. You will be responsible for the accurate migration of policies from legacy systems into the new environment, ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations and maintaining high standards of underwriting integrity. Job Responsibility
Manage the end-to-end conversion of insurance policies from legacy systems to the Guidewire Policy Center, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Utilize your P&C insurance knowledge to review risks and apply appropriate underwriting rules during the transition process
Leverage Salesforce and Vyne-GWPC to track cases, document interactions, and manage policy lifecycles efficiently
strictly adhere to Canadian personal insurance regulations and internal market practices throughout the conversion process
Provide exceptional support and service in all interactions, troubleshooting issues that arise during migration and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders
Requirements
Experience with policy conversion/ migration, guidewire Policy Center, P&C insurance/ underwriting experience is preferred
Knowledge of Canadian personal insurance regulations and market practices
Insurance/ underwriting knowledge
Working knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center and Salesforce
Working towards CIP is an asset
