Job Description:

Insurance Officer position in the Group Enterprise Risk & Operations Division, responsible for addressing insurance needs, designing insurance programs, risk identification and quantification, acting as liaison with brokers/insurers, and handling insurance-related matters for energy projects on a global scale.

Job Responsibility:

Work in close cooperation with Business Segments to address insurance needs, design respective insurance programs and implement them
Participate in the process of identification and quantification of risks
Act as liaison between the brokers/insurers and the Company
Participate in cost assessment, preparation of proposal Forms, Reports and correspondence related to insurance matters
Monitor compliance with contractual insurance requirements and insurance policies provisions
Follow up the timely settlement of pending matters relevant to insurance programs
Participate in the handling and settlement of claims
Develop/update processes related to insurance

Requirements:

2-3 years of working experience in Insurance Company, Insurance Broker or Corporate Insurance Department preferably in the Energy Sector (Construction/Renewables)
Degree preferably in Engineering or Statistics & Insurance
Very good interpersonal, verbal & written communication both in Greek and English
Excellent knowledge of insurance terminology
Ability to meet strict timelines cognizant of business needs and constraints
High attention to detail, self-driven, results-oriented, and action-focused
Willingness to learn and continuously improve skills and competencies

Nice to have:

Experience in Energy Sector (Construction/Renewables)
Engineering or Statistics & Insurance degree
