Job Responsibility

Manage approximately 130 active life and health insurance litigation files
Handle pre-litigation demands and draft Small Claims and Supreme Court pleadings
Independently negotiate payment/recovery plans for corporate overpayments
Prepare evidence books, trial briefs, compile evidence books, and assemble books of authority
Act as confident communicator

Job Responsibility
