Strong knowledge of California state and federal court procedures, including e-filing

Job Responsibility

Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case development, discovery, trial preparation, and management

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively

Associate degree with 2-7 years of experience as a paralegal or in claims management
