It's a senior hire into a growth story, backed by a major financial services group with international reach. The internal mood is energised, the pipeline is strong, and the timing is genuinely exciting. You'll be a senior revenue-generating consultant focused on insurance investment and ALM, working across life and general insurance markets in the UK and increasingly overseas.

Job Responsibility

  • Winning and leading client engagements across investment strategy, illiquid assets, credit and market risk, internal model validation, matching adjustment optimisation, liquidity and ESG
  • Building and deepening relationships with insurers and reinsurers - UK and international
  • Leading complex, multi-workstream projects with full commercial and technical accountability
  • Contributing to the shape and direction of the practice as it scales
  • Mentoring and developing junior consultants

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Solvency UK and equivalent regimes (Solvency II, Bermuda)
  • Experience leading large, complex project delivery
  • An excellent contact network and the commercial instincts to use it
  • Primarily life insurance background, though GI exposure is a plus

Nice to have

International experience or appetite welcomed - there's real scope here

What we offer

  • Highly competitive base + profit share scheme
  • Genuine route to building a market-leading practice - not just joining one
  • International opportunities through a major global platform

  • Hybrid working
  • 7am-7pm flexible working window
  • Strong culture: collaborative, inclusive and genuinely supportive of development
