Insurance Graduate Trainee

• Engage with colleagues, new graduates, and seasoned professionals to establish a strong foundation for future career path
• Attend various training sessions, workshops and seminars to develop strong technical knowledge and business acumen
• Comply with internal code of practices and compliance
• Build good relationships with our clients and service providers, leading to improved loyalty, lowered churn rates and perceived service quality
• Contact clients on projects negotiation and amendment
• Manage email correspondence & address customer enquiries
• Forecast trends and analyze data
• Serve as a Bridge between Account Handler, Customer Service, Service providers and any other stakeholders

• University graduate in recent 3 years with 2-3 years work experience within insurance industry
• Relevant experience in Account Management/ Business Development/ Corporate Solution/ Risk Management/ Brokerage will be considered an advantage
• Keen interest in Insurance
• Detail-oriented, customer focused with effective client relationship and communication skills
• Possess strong sense of responsibilities and energetic good team player
• Good communication skills on written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
