Job Responsibility:
Provide strategic leadership across insurance brokerage operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Develop and refine policies, procedures, and best practices to boost efficiency and service quality
Monitor KPIs, track performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Supervise department heads and foster a culture of accountability, growth, and operational excellence
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, oversee technology systems, and optimize workflow platforms
Partner with customer-facing teams to uphold high standards of client service and resolution times
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and managing contracts, licenses, and compliance standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
CAIB Level III designation required
7+ years of progressive operations experience within insurance brokerage
Proven leadership in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments with a track record of process improvement
Proficiency with office productivity tools, CRM systems, and workflow software
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
