Job Responsibility

  • Provide strategic leadership across insurance brokerage operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop and refine policies, procedures, and best practices to boost efficiency and service quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • Proven leadership in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments with a track record of process improvement
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools, CRM systems, and workflow software
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Use sound management, discretion, and independent judgment to resolve conflicts between clients and/or investigators
